Electromechanical Operations

We maintain generators for Forte Oil Plc all around the nation and by so doing ensure power availability is all stations which make sales and other services viable at the service outlets. This is done seamlessly with stations not experiencing any down time.

We do the same for Union bank by providing standby operations for Electrical and Mechanical services at their Head Office located at Marina. This is a 27-storey building and we have run the operations for 5 years with 99.3% power availability.

INJURY MANAGEMENT POLICY

STATEMENT

TOPDEL Engineering Limited is committed to assisting injured workers to return to work as soon as medically appropriate and will adhere to the requirements of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 in the event of a work-related injury or illness.

Management supports the injury management process and recognises that success relies on the active participation and cooperation of the injured worker. Whenever possible, suitable duties will be arranged internally having regard for the injured worker’s medical restrictions.

The objective of the company and its Directors is to ensure a safe and healthy workplace, free of incident and or accidents.

This object can only be achieved by close co-operation and consultation between management, employees, contractors, the client and others.
